At our Athletic Performance Center, we believe in dedicating all available resources to developing the next generation of champions. Our Coaches focus on designing comprehensive, individualized, progressive programs for each athlete, pushing their limitations and encouraging them to realize their full potential. Our innovative performance enhancement programs combine skill training, learned athleticism, and overload variables for powerful results that our athletes can see and feel.

This program is designed for athletes aged 14+. We welcome novice and experienced Weightlifters. The Pro Program improves overall Speed, Power, Strength, Agility, and overall athleticism.

Program includes:

  • 90 minutes of Training 2-3 times /week
  • Utilization of Metabolic and Endurance Conditioning Techniques
  • Dynamic Warm-up
  • Training of Speed, Agility, Power and Strength
  • Training to improve Linear Speed, Change of Direction, and Reaction Time

This program runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

We also offer Sport-Specific Training and Team Training for our high school athletes.
