At the PAPC, our Performance Coaches are qualified to train clients of all levels, from fitness novices to elite athletes. Your program will be based on your experience, your performance goals, and your training availability.

Whether you are looking for a one-on-one fitness experience or prefer to work within a group of peers, our Performance Coaches can help you find the perfect program! We offer a free trial session, in which you and one of our Performance Coaches will help identify your goals and choose the fitness regime that best suits your needs.

The Professional Athletic Performance Center is designed to be a multi-sport facility. We offer several sport-specific programs for individuals. Our Performance Coaches are also available for team training. While all of our Performance Coaches have extensive knowledge in biomechanics and various forms of Speed, Agility, Plyometric, and Strength Training, many also have sport-specific specialties. You can learn more about our Coaches here.

One of the qualities that separate us from other facilities is the medical background that our Performance Coaches possess. Our Coaches are trained to transition you from your Physical Therapy program back to a full Strength & Conditioning program, while addressing any residual strength deficits and incorporating Injury Prevention techniques. In addition, the PAPC offers two specialty programs, Medical Gym and the Bridge Program, which are specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals returning to sport or physical activity after rehabilitating an injury.

The staff at the Professional Athletic Performance Center works closely with Professional Physical Therapy. While we cannot prescribe Physical Therapy for our clients, Professional Physical Therapy offers Direct Access, which by New York State law allows patients to be seen by a Physical Therapist without a doctor’s prescription for up to 30 days or 10 visits. This is not any type of referral or should it be construed as such, it does not refer or direct anyone to Professional Physical Therapy.

The results you achieve will be based on the goals you set and your commitment to the program our Performance Coaches design with you. The results that many of our clients are looking for include, but are not limited to:

  • Increased Strength
  • Increased Speed and Agility
  • Improvement in Sport-Specific Skills
  • Weight Loss/Body Fat Reduction
  • Weight Control
  • Improved Cardiovascular Conditioning/Endurance
  • Muscle Gain
  • Increased Flexibility
  • Decreased Risk of Injury
  • General Fitness
