What is QUIC Fit?

QUICK: just an hour of your day, three days a week is the perfect formula for getting into shape.

Unique: unlike most fitness programs, you get the personal attention from a certified strength and conditioning coach in a small group environment, without the costly fees of a personal trainer.

Intense: a perfect mix of cardio and full body strength training, customized for all ages, fitness levels, goals, and endurance.

Looking for a state-of-the-art athletic facility where you can perform your own workouts? Look no further! 

Our Open Gym program allows you to take advantage of all of the benefits of our Athletic Performance Center (turf, court, track, weight room) and perform the structured workout of your choice at your leisure.

$75/month

$64/month – Military, Law Enforcement, and Emergency Services Personnel Discount

$50/month – Student Rate

Monday through Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm and 7:30pm – 9:00pm

Saturdays: 8:00am – 11:00am (weight room only, September through June)
