If you have completed your Physical Therapy program, but prefer to perform your workouts under the guidance and supervision of our Certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches while you transition back to independent workouts, this may be the right option for you.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 10:00am – 11:00am, 6:00pm – 7:30pm

The Bridge Program is designed for all of our lower-extremity patients who are nearing the end of their Physical Therapy program at Professional, but could benefit from further sport-specific training. Our dual-certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists take you through an exercise program that is designed to transition you from the Physical Therapy clinic back to your sport.

If you attended Physical Therapy at a facility other than Professional, you can still participate in our Bridge Program. Please call to schedule a complimentary Bridge Program Screen to see if you qualify for program participation.

Our Bridge Program includes:

  • Dynamic Warm-up
  • Agility Training
  • Plyometric Training (jumping and landing techniques)
  • Deceleration Drills
  • Linear Speed Techniques
  • Core Training

This program runs Mondays and Wednesdays.

Since 2006, Professional’s Athletic Performance Center has been the community-based home for Back in the Game, a program that rebuilds strength and agility in pediatric patients with cancer and other blood disorders, and helps accelerate their participation back into everyday sports and physical activity.
