Professional Athletic Performance Camp

The Professional Athletic Performance Center is proud to present its Athletic Performance Camp for Middle and High School athletes!
This eight week, three day camp is great for young athletes who want to take their game to the next level.

July 8th – August 29th

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

High School Camp

10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Middle School Camp

10:00 am – 11:30 am

Sessions will focus on:

  • Foundations of correct lifting mechanics to reduce the risk of injury
  • Strength training to help you get stronger for your season
  • Proper running mechanics so you can move more efficiently on the field
  • Conditioning, to optimize your performance from start to finish
