Katie DeGraff“Sports are a huge part of my life, and I work very hard to be good at what I do. Training at PAPC has helped me in more ways then one. My coach, Phil, taught me that in order to be successful and improve, I needed to go beyond my actual sport. We did not work with a volleyball for more than one day, and yet my volleyball skills have improved drastically. I am faster, stronger, and can jump much higher than before. Phil pushed me to reach way above and beyond the goals I had set for myself in my mind. I would be squatting or doing a bench press and he would encourage me to add 2.5 or 5 lbs, making me push myself that much more. I’ve seen better results with PAPC than I’ve ever noticed in all my years playing sports and training. I loved every second I was training at PAPC, and I will continue to train there and work hard to get to where I want to be.”
