Marissa Braito

Braito“I’ve been training at PAPC for about 2 years now. Training at PAPC has helped me in a variety of ways. My trainer Phil Giackette works hard to help me reach my full potential by creating a challenging and effective workout regimen that is tailored to my specific needs. He is a very knowledgeable and talented trainer with a strong work ethic. He is always willing to do whatever it takes to make his athletes better than they already are. Training at PAPC helped me to become a well-rounded, versatile athlete. I’ve noticed tremendous improvements in my strength, speed, reaction time, acceleration, and flexibility. Thanks in part to PAPC’s rigorous training, I had a successful 2016 season in which I helped my school team win the state championship and was named All-Long Island and All-State. I feel that I will be more than prepared to take on the challenges of playing D1 softball thanks to Phil and training at PAPC. Training at PAPC is probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.”
