Early Bird – A well-rounded program designed appropriately to challenge everyone from the novice exerciser to the seasoned veteran. Strength, Mobility and Interval Training are incorporated to keep the classes fun and rewarding, both physically and emotionally. Keep Moving – Our wellness class designed to accommodate our special needs and elderly populations. Everyone can benefit from continuing to challenge their strength, balance and flexibility. Especially as we age. Customizationable programming to account for the individuals needs, this class will help you stay active, healthy and happy. Youth Conditioning – Whether an aspiring athlete or a slightly sedentary gamer, our Youth Conditioning class will help you find the joy in exercise and help you learn how to make healthy choices as you grow. The program is adjustable to allow the higher level participant to continue to be challenged, while allowing the lower level attendee to progress without intimidation. After work – Our evening class is another opportunity for the busy professional to come in and participate in our versatile programming. A well-rounded program designed appropriately to challenge everyone from the novice exerciser to the seasoned veteran. Strength, Mobility and Interval Training are incorporated to keep the classes fun and rewarding, both physically and emotionally. Power Lunch – Our lunch time class is a fantastic option for people who work in our area to come by during their work day. Whether it’s 30 or 60 minutes our Power Lunch class will help you build strength and flexibility, but more importantly, it will help you RE-ENERGIZE for the remainder of your work day! Semi-Private Training – Individuals receive a customized program based on their screening results and specific goals. Attendees then have very flexible times available to come in and complete their program under total supervision by our Health and Fitness Specialists. Programs range from basic strength and flexibility gains, to weight loss or even competitive weight lifting. The only limit is what you want to achieve! Barbell Club – Our Olympic lifting program is coached by Paul Landi, a USA Weightlifting Level 2 Coach and Certified Referee. Participants will improve mobility, strength, and explosive benefits from learning both the Snatch as well as the Clean and Jerk. Athletes can also train to compete in the sport of Olympic Lifting with our USAW Licensed Club Team. In this sport, there is no “Bench” to ride. There are no “Cuts” to make. Everyone trains, everyone competes, and everyone grows. You may not win your weight class, but the personal records and intrinsic benefits are endless!
